The Yellow Jacket Battalion was established in August of 2000 under the leadership of LTC (Ret) Donald L. Finkenkeller.
In 2001-2002 1SG Gerald Edwards reported in as the Army Instructor.
Pictured Below is Former Yellow Jacket Battalion Commander SGT Norman Taylor. Norman designed the Unit
crest and patch and was Killed in Iraq on 10-17-06.
